Dieko joined True’s ever-growing tribe of Chartered Accountants from PwC, having been a part of their Flying Start programme. Whilst at PwC, he was part of the Asset and Wealth Management Assurance team, focussing on valuation modelling and working with a variety of clients such as Hayfin, Fidelity and Blackrock. In his spare time, Dieko is a sharp shooting striker who plays semi-professionally.

How would you describe your job to a five-year old?
Making sure True has the money to continue to do the great things True does.
What do you love most and least about your job?
The encompassing nature of the role means I get a flavour of all aspects of the business itself and see the value I bring. What I don’t like so much is the millions of emails I have to stay on top of organising.

Amazon, which started off as an online bookstore to now being a one-stop shop for anything and everything you can think of, whilst striving to be at the pinnacle of customer experience.
Which person or people helped shape and inspire who you are today?
There are a few important influences in my life, people who have helped shaped the person I am and will continue to develop into. My parents instilled the vital foundations I’ve built on through their sacrifice and determination to succeed despite the barriers, giving me the best opportunity to fulfil my potential.
